As a grant-funded nonprofit, all services we provide—from estimating a general quote on your health coverage costs, to assisting you in completing your health coverage application—are completely free.

If you’d like, your Navigator can help you complete your application for the Health Insurance Marketplace, Wyoming Medicaid or the KidCare Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). They can also let you know how much cost assistance you qualify for to help pay for premiums and out-of-pocket expenses!

Whether you’re exploring the Health Insurance Marketplace, Wyoming Medicaid or CHIP, your Navigator can answer any questions about coverage options, eligibility, cost assistance and more.

Together with your Navigator, you’ll complete the steps to finalize enrollment in either a Health Insurance Marketplace health plan, Wyoming Medicaid or CHIP.

Open Enrollment

Renew, review or explore new health coverage on the Health Insurance Marketplace between November 1 and January 15.

Unless you qualify for a special enrollment period, open enrollment is typically the only time you can access the Health Insurance Marketplace and see if you can qualify for additional savings on your health coverage.

When you meet with your friendly Enroll Wyoming Navigator, you can get help completing your Health Insurance Marketplace application, comparing health coverage options, and finalizing your enrollment in a plan. They can also let you know how much cost assistance you qualify for to help pay for premiums and out-of-pocket expenses!

Special Enrollment

Explore new health coverage on the Health Insurance Marketplace after you experience a qualifying life change.

In the event of a qualifying life change, you may have the opportunity to access the Health Insurance Marketplace and find new health coverage.

Qualifying Life Changes

You may qualify for special enrollment if in the past 60 days you or anyone in your household:

  • Got married
  • Had a baby, adopted a child, or placed a child for foster care
  • Got divorced or legally separated and lost health insurance
  • Died and caused you to lose your current health plan

You may qualify for special enrollment if you or anyone in your household lost qualifying health coverage in the past 60 days, or expects to lose coverage in the next 60 days, from any of the following sources:

  • Job-based coverage
  • Individual health coverage
  • Medicaid or Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) coverage (or were denied Medicaid/CHIP)
  • Eligibility for Medicare
  • Coverage through a family member

You may qualify for special enrollment if you move to:

  • A new home in a new ZIP code or county
  • The U.S. from a foreign country or United States territory

Or, move to or from the:

  • Place you attend school (if you’re a student)
  • Place you both live and work (if you’re a seasonal worker)
  • Shelter or other transitional housing

When you meet with your Navigator, you can get help completing your Health Insurance Marketplace application, comparing health coverage options, and finalizing your enrollment in a plan. They can also let you know how much cost assistance you qualify for to help pay for premiums and out-of-pocket expenses!

Wyoming Medicaid

(including KidCare Children’s Health Insurance Program and Wyoming Medicaid Pregnant Mothers Program)

Apply for, or re-enroll in, Wyoming Medicaid, KidCare CHIP, or the Wyoming Medicaid Pregnant Mothers Program any time.

You can apply for free or low-cost coverage through Wyoming Medicaid, the Wyoming Medicaid Pregnant Mothers Program, or KidCare CHIP any time, all year. If you qualify, you can enroll immediately!

When you meet with your expert Enroll Wyoming Navigator, you can get help determining eligibility, applying for, or re-enrolling in the program you choose.
